Originally from the UK I have worked in operational management roles across a variety of different industries for the last 27 years. In 2006 I moved to Sydney Australia, where I got my first taste for working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space.  Since then I have been fortunate to work with some of the largest brands in the world, and alongside some of the smartest people in the industry, both in Australia, and now in the Philippines.

My passion for the BPO industry has developed into a personal goal to help as many businesses on the planet to reduce costs, build smarter processes, and grow, by leveraging BPO industry techniques & methodologies, technology, and tap into the myriad of great service providers, experts and associations in the outsourcing and offshoring space.
